Day by Day Itinerary

Your adventure begins with a warm welcome by your Carnivores Safaris guide at Kilimanjaro Airport. After settling into your luxurious lodge in Arusha, spend the day at leisure, acclimatizing to the African ambiance. Your guide, a fountain of knowledge about Tanzania, is at your disposal to answer any queries and prepare you for the thrilling safari ahead.

Journey from Arusha to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage site. As you descend into the crater, you’ll be greeted by an extraordinary concentration of wildlife. This natural amphitheater is home to the Big Five and offers unparalleled wildlife viewing opportunities. After a full day of game drives, retire to your lodge, perched on the crater’s edge, offering stunning views.

Travel to the Serengeti National Park, the land of the Great Migration. The drive through the crater highlands offers breathtaking views. Opt for a stop at Oldupai Gorge to delve into human history. Upon reaching Serengeti, prepare for an afternoon game drive in this vast ecosystem
After breakfast, set off for Tarangire National Park, known for its majestic Baobab trees and large elephant herds. Spend the day on game drives, exploring the savannah and riverine forests. The park is also a birdwatcher’s paradise, with over 300 species recorded. Your evening is spent at a tented camp, offering an authentic safari experience under the African night sky

Your second day in Tarangire intensifies with more game drives. Look out for lions, leopards, cheetahs, and even tree-climbing pythons. The afternoon offers a leisurely pace, with opportunities for guided nature walks or a visit to a local Maasai village, providing a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of Tanzania

On your final day, enjoy a sunrise game drive followed by a leisurely breakfast.
